Unstisfy service

My name is mahesh sharma. i m not satisfy with idea service because mostly time they activate some service and cut my balance without my permission.

i m giving you some deduction detail...

on 18/11 balance deduction for devotional portal

on 10/11 balance deduction for english sikho.

i want to ask you that, this service was not activated by me. all services was activated automatically.and no message or phone call come after activation. and still i have not been using this services. this service has cut around 90 rupees from my balance. and customer care offices mr. satish and mr. sourab didn't satisfy me. please do some thing if you can.
