Idea prepaid sim card
Sim got inactivated

Hello Sir,

I had bought an idea prepaid card from Shail communications, Ashiana greens, ahinsa khand-2, indirapuram, ghaziabad. It has been 12 days since I bought the card it got inactivated in 2 days due to not recieving doucuments (as per the message from idea). The shop keeper says it is not in his hand to get the status. I want the shopkeeper to be penalized for this as the number is given in many forms and I am not able to recieve any calls due to this.
