Idea recharge
Echarge not done

Dear Team,

Today morning i have done online recharge through my corporatin bank wherein my amount have been deducted in my corporation account but the recharge amount is not credited to my idea number. the reference no. is 00220110324076016121 (the amount was 30/- rs.)...

Same thing other time also i have recharged but still i dint got the recharge amount & the other reference is 00220110324076016111. So two time 30/- Rs. i had done...

Two time i had done the transactions but i have not got please look into this issue as soon as possible...
