Incorrect balance deduction

Dear sir,

I use Idea telecommunication services. My mobile no.is 08808298712. On 28/07, I recharged my mobile with 222/- rupees full talk time because i have to go for pune for interview. Next day, on 29/07 I got a phone call from Idea services .that person was telling me about Idea services .at last of the talk, I told that person not to activate anything.but he activated something without my permission and all my balance of 222/- was deducted. i was unknown about this and i went to pune for interview. Now I was travelling without any balance in roaming and I was not able to dial a call and receive call from my family due to roaming. Now if any bad thing happen to me, my family will be unknown and my family was sad when i was in train and not able to call them.when i returned from pune to lucknow. I contacted with Idea customer care and they noted down my complaint and gave this complaint no.(Date=03/08, SR N0.1-17079938668). They promised me to solve the problem within 24 hr. But I did not get any reply in any form. Please help me to get my balance back and please take action against them .they harassed me mentally so much. I know you have all right to punish them and to take action .please stop this type of crime... and I want to get my no. in "DO NOT CALL" .please help me...
