Idea SIM is not activate
SIM is not activate within 15 days

I have purchase a sim of idea from Shaiv BPO services and sim no. is

8991 0483 0110 8425 8232 on 24/02/10 but the no. is not activated yet.

I had provided passport as identity proof.

Shaiv BPO services is not ready to pick my call even I paid cash 250 per the same SIM.
