Unwanted deduction of rs 20 for tashan videos

I am using idea mobile phone, no is 9822863476, i am getting msg frequently from IZ-IDEA, that " subscriptionfor video tashan, has been renewed pls visit and bookmark http://tashan.co.in/3pt/indexall.wml? tid videotashan" and every time balance deducted by 20rs, this is cheating by idea company, and if i call to customer service reply is that we dont know about this website? i dont know what to do?
