Regarding MNP

this is Vinod Kalabhavi, i had applied for MNP on 6th march, but idea telecom not allowing meto change my network to Tata docomo, many times i had called to idea customer care, but they are not showing any interest.both network provider blaming each other. now mentally i got disturbed. so i wanted to launch complaint in district consumer forum.
