Wrong and abusive laguage used

Sir i have purchased a sim from local ditributor in sagar (m.p) after sumiting my profile details 2 times to the distributor my number is not beging started yet and in both timnes my documents were ok but some mistake were made by the diributor itself in filling up the form . after two times also i my sim is not activeted after the i called my mr sachin area incharge of idea in sagar so he used a very rough and abusing language to me so i request u to take some action against mr sachin his contact number is.09826070605 and pls see why my sim is not activated.
