Unexpected Balance deductioin

i have submitted one more complaint regarding Idea, that this company has deducted my balance without prior notice.

now i m suffring from same behaviour of this company. my mobile number is 9568602235, which i have recharged with rs 45. but they didnot credited any balance in my account.

i hope for a appropriate action against company.
