Wrong bill form last three month

I have taken two sim card from Mr. Amit (9574001917) - Idea executive.

First month when i received the bill that time they have charged me for GPRS Rs: 398, which i have not requested and used on my number 7698000876.

I requested Idea exective that i have excess bill, they told me you pay we will deduct this from next month bill.

again next month Rs: 398 was charged and no deduction of earlier excess bills. again i requested Idea executive, he told me that amount can be adjusted in third bill, so pay next time it will definately get deducted or else pay the balance.

but third time also they have charged me for GPRS and when i inqured on 198 and 12345 then they told me that we have not received any request for discontinition of your GPRS service.

Idea is biggest cheater and money maker mobile service provider. i was using airtel from last 5 year and that is the best.
