Without uses of GPRS service, my balance is deduction five times per 5/- in a day. 17.02.2011 (5 times) 25/-, 18.02.2011 (5 times) 25/-
After complaint on 198 they did not take my complaint and said check at your end. But, I did not use GPRS for 4 days. today is 18.02.2011 and in morning my balance has been deducted five times per five rupees.
