Unnecessary Balance Deduction
Without uses of GPRS service, my balance is deduction five times per 5/- in a day. 17.02.2011 (5 times) 25/-, 18.02.2011 (5 times) 25/- After complaint on 198 they did not take my complaint and said check at your end.
