Non-refund of deducted amount

Sir,

An amount of Rs.249/- (Two hundred forty nine) only stand deducted on 31.08.2011 from my SBI Account for recharge, but due to technical error of the concerned service provider in Karnataka the recharge has not been completed and I was told via email that the amount will be refunded within a week's time, but the same has not been refunded so for. Please look into the matter so that my amount will be refunded to my account at the earliest.

An early action in the matter shall highly be appreciated.
