Missbehave of Customer care Office

I (Subir Bose, Mob. no : 9088195960), submit this complaint against IDEA cellular LTD. On 20th june at 11:59 am, I talk to MR. Snehasish Kundu (Customer Care Officer) regarding my balance deduction and this time the person missbehave with me. I am totally HOPELESS for his behave and also for the conversation. I think, IDEA cellular LTD take a proper action for this.
