Less credit then actual recharge amount

My mobile number is 9960901300. mostly i do recharge at parwanoo, solan dist of H.P.-173220 and my amount of Recharge is also fix i.e.500/ per week. now on 16.06.2010 i had recharged by Rs.500/- vide Trans. ID 674122368. unfortunately i got only credit of Rs.1/- instead of Rs.500/- now i reauired the said balnace amount of Rs 499/- to be credited.
