For chrging extra charges of gprs

I recharged my account by 89 RS. on 24 dec to activate gprs plan of 100 mb download limit

but when i started to use gprs then immediately they have started deduction by no rental plan instead of MY 100 mb limit plan and at same time when i used to call customercare they blocked my customercare service
