Activation of New Plan, segrate of Photon, Walky connections from CUG

Dear Sir / Madam,

As per our request till now new plan is not activated,

Every time your people are calling and forcing to clear the bill payment.

But nobody is giving assurance with letter for activation of new plan

If you are not interested let us know, we will stop the Tata connections and we will take another connection.

Since 3 months your persons are saying that after clear the bill newplan will be activate, but it’s not happening,

I will not believe your persons, this month within 2 days if you activate new plan we are ready clear your bills other wise sorry say you we are not continuing with TATA and give the suggestion to public

About these type issues in TATA,

Note: At least Your persons are not reading what we send the mail and Attahced Files, Every body will call from complaint departement and ask the Payment.

About new plan they don’t know what I send the attached files. What way a great TATA Company is working.

I feeling proud, our samll company is taking lot of response from client better than TATA Teleservices.

Dear Sir /. Madam,

As per we given the order on 26th July to Mr. Ganapathi from Voice Line, Hyderabad

Till now they are not take any action on corporate Nano plan,

Actually We ask to ganapathi for Change our Existing Nos to Corporate Nano Plan,

Mr. Ganapati told if we took 5 Nos then only we will get that plan.

So forcely we took 5 new Nos.

But till now that plan is not activated and he is not responding

And Mr. Ganapati is giving instructions to their call center people to disturb me every day min3 times for taking more connections

After took the connections from Voice Line, Every day their people are calling for take to new connections

How many times I given the warning they are not listening

Please take the action on them and especially Mr. Ganapathi who is great cheater & damaging the Tataindicom Name

Note: We are not ready to pay of 1000/- till September bill;

Balance amount we will pay after activation of our Corporate Nano Plan as per our request,

Please feel free to call for any further clarifications

If you are unable to support, we are sorry to inform you we are not interested to continue with your connections
