Bad signal and poor service

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of Bharat Shancher nigam.

I have use Excel (Prepaid) mobile. In past the signal of

bsnl tower is very good but now (last six mounth) is very bad signal and many time when I call some one or recive call the line cut. I have call many time to Castomer care but never connect, it shay all operator are busy and even at 4 o' clock in the morning. Now i live at Bagnan in West Bengal (near Kolkata). In my home we use BSNL Tarang but now we disconnect it due to heavy bill. At Bagnan many consumer like us were disconnect BSNL due to heavy charge.
