Gprs not logging on laptop

I am using internet on my laptop since four months. but after 25th december, i am facing

problem in logging on my laptop. i tried many time to customer care of bsnl, after many efforts and

about half an hour waste my compaint logged vide compalint no. LT9982844 dated 29/12 and was

assured to shortout with in 24 or 48 hours but no vain and again i talk to customer care but neither

reply was given nor complaint was attended. i am facing very problem to logg in on internet.
