PAYMENT DISPUTE

I made an online payment of Rs.3001.32 being on 07 Nov towards mobile bill payment to BHARTI CELLULAR LTD using my ICICI Credit Card. The payment was made online using the airtel portal www.airtelworld.com.

But, the BHARTI CELLULAR LTD completely deny the receipt of payment being done. I have checked my credit card statement online and reconfirmed with my bank and credit card provider regarding the transaction. According to my banker the subject amount was perfectly debited on 08 Nov itself by the merchant and there was no delay from the credit card guys.

Since, 07 Nov my connection is off and i have been paying thousands of rupees to the AIRTEL guys as i have this connection since 4-5 yrs.

Its really so pathetic of such a acclaimed company in india and we all need to really think on the legal grounds.
