I bought a IDEA SIM from my retailer friend which got de-activated within less than a week just because of some faulty documents. IDEA CUSTOMER CARE IS 3RD CLASS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BEFORE BARRING ALL MY INCOMING/OUTGOING CALLS. And i had Recharged for 222 Rupees Full Talktime Scheme... Now, they have Erased My Number even after RE-SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS AT IDEA POINT - J.P. NAGAR - M/S INDU ENTERPRISES.

MR. AVINASH WAS VERY RUDEAND HE TOLD WILL BE ACTIVATED ON TUESDAY & TODAY HE'S TELLING NO. IS ERASED AND THAT HE CAN'T GIVE THE MONEY.

I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS IDEA POINT'S sERVICES.

Even before me one person had paid Security Deposit of Rs. 300/- and even then they HAVE BARRED ALL HIS INCOMING/OUTGOING CALLS AND HE'S running around since more than a month for activation.

I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE USING IDEA POINTS OR THEIR SERVICES.

SIMPLY THAT BLOODY ABHISHEK BACHCHAN SHOWS THAT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY GOOD BUT ITS ACTUALLY PATHETIC ESPECIALLY HERE IN KARNATAKA...!!!
