POST PAID to PRE PAID without information

I m Ajinder Satija having a Airtel cell no. 9872001171 from last 8 years . its was coverted into pre paid service without any information, documentation and consent. on jan 31, 10. i called the custmor care but i have not got any satisficatory reply from themxwhile when i was using as prepaid even that period they have sent me a bill for roaming usages. how it is possible that they can send the mobile for prepaid custmer. here is not enough, on dated feb01 they have dissconneted mt pre paid services permanently without and request or without any prior notice. what the hell they are doing. They have also changed my Tariff plan without any notice three to four times.
