No information after taking money for broadband

I needed an airtel broadband connection. I filled the form on 1st july and paid Rs. 500 to Mr K.A. Shariff from Bharathi Airtel. I havent recieved any communication. The sales rep does not answer my call. I called his office (#57, YMCA Building, Millers Road, Benson Town, Bangalore - 560046) on 080 - 41262057 many times. Everytime they said they will call me back but noone did. Now they have started disconnecting the call when I call them or they do not recieve the call at all. I do not know who to contact now.
