Back panel of sony ericsson phone scratches and key pad with black patches and painting peeling off. Given to authorised service station Accel -Chennai GR, 160, Thiru Building, Grames Road vide workorder number SE311AGR23905 created on 28.11.2011 but they could not resolve this problem.
The phone strated looking very bad and not of standard [product within 6-7 months of purchase. Needs repalcement of keypad/phone.
