Internet bill of Rs.3000 for a phone that does not have internet!

I have a Reliance Postpaid connection. I have a phone that does not have internet. Moreover, since I was travelling, I had switched off my phone for 3 weeks. I come back to Bangalore to know that I have been slapped a Rs.3000 bill for internet usage! I raised a complaint with the Reliance Web World on 15th July, and its been 10 days. Neither has one single person reverted, despite two more visits to the Reliance Web World, and 2 calls to their Customer Care No. Now they have barred my calls too!

I have used numbers from diff service providers before and believe me when I say this - Reliance is the worst. They are least bothered about their customers.
