Calls to airtel numbers from Switzerland and from Airtel numbers to other numbers in Switzerland not happening

Calls from Switzerland to Airtel numbers in India and from Airtel numbers to landline numbers in Switzerland not happening for last two weeks. Customer services says that it may take another two weeks. The reason given is some problem with the server and beyond Airtel's capability. It depends on Switzerland companies and probaly there are more countries. Airtel did not inform this mal functioning of service in advance and now also not commiting any time bound solution. Who will then be responsible for loss of business due to non functiong of phones for such a long time? Whenpayment is not made even for one day, we get 4 times a day reminders and reminder sms. But no information when they abruptly stop the services.

Customer services says that what can they do? Its technical fault and technical team is working? My complaint# 126041083
