New Telephone Line Activation

I applied a new telephone line & broadband service for my home on 9th March. On next day MTNL Line man came at our home & installed the device. After installation they asking for money to start the phone line.

On 10th march we received the conformation call from Ghatkopar exchange that your Line has been start & billing period has been activated, But again the after 30 minutes phone has been dead & not yet been working.

Requested you to look in to the matter & take the proper action aginst the same.
