NOISY TELEPHONE UNATTENDED FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS

For the past 4 monthS, there has been NOISE problem in the Hyderabad BSNL Landline telephone number: 040-23351838, but it has not been attended to. There has been no response from the local JUBILEE HILLS EXCHANGE even though several online complaints were made and contacted concerned Senior and Junior Officers in the Exchange.

The online complaints were being closed without attending the faulty phone. About 10 complaints were raises.

A Technician by name Mr. Reddy (a stout and short guy) who expected some tips from us was the suspected culprit for the cause as he had attended some installation of the phone in the floor above my residence and could have spoiled normal functioning of the phone because noisy effect started since then. This was also brought to the notice of the concerned SDO and JDO in Jubilee Hills Exchange, several times but no action was taken to rectify it.

Also another online complaint was raised on 15/MAR/10 at about 09:45 AM which bears Docket No, 11676377695.

Do they deserve payment of rentals for the faulty telephone lines?
