Dear sir,

I have already longed a complaint vide #16703492412 on 20th July and subsequently send many reminders but very poignant to inform you no action has been taken in this respect.

When we had local exchange direct involvement for falt repairs, the things were better. Now everything computerized but no improvements.

I would like to bring higher management's attention in this matter and soliciting their support.
