Prank Call from 9617764685

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iidea is providing SIM cards without document (Chhatisgarh / Madhya Pradeeh). This makes the card holder to activate a free Plan for idea to any no. and makes PRANK calls to disturb. I called up to idea customer service where executive replied that he can't do anything.

I get this Prank call from 9617764685 and i bet this no. has no proper document. Telecom department should take strict action to prevent supply of sim card without documentation.

Can i get a solution, else anybody in forum can suggest me a solution except changing SIM.
