Supply of deffective instrument

New telephone connection taken in august no being 033-24621562. right from day one the line did not work which after much complains found to be due to deffective instrument supplied. the persons visited on behalf of kolkata telephone refused to replace with a workable instrument forcing me to buy a tel from open market. i request for replacement of the deffective instrument which has been refused by the persons concerned.
