UNECESSARY AMOUNT DEDUCTED

Dear Sir,

I Krishna from Mysore Mobile No. 9964375228, in this we are getting messages stating the you have charged Rs.20/- for Value Added Services, but where as we have not registered for this service, past three days, Rs.20/- is deducted every day, as of now Rs. 60 is deducted. I do not understand that without our request for Value added services how can they deduct the amount (Which is prepaid) with great difficulty we re-charge once in a month, if such deduction happens we can not manage this,

Kindly request you to look into this matter, the customer care does not answer properly. we loose money every time we call the customer care.
