I've had a Tata photon connection that I used for about 1 year. In April of this year I wanted to disconnect the connection because I could not afford the high charges levied and did not need an internet connection.

I talked to a customer executive named 'Priyanka Sharma' about this and she told me that she would send an executive at my house. And that I could give my Bill and an application for disconnection to the executive.

I made the complete payment on 15 April and gave the application.

After that I did not use the internet at all.

Next month I got a Bill with an amount of 1000Rs. I let the customer care know about this. But they did not do anything.

Now they have made it to 2400Rs without any usage of the connection at all.

One would hope that as a software company they would keep record of conversations happening between the customer and their executives.

But all this has shown me that they are totally incompetent. I would make sure that no one I know ever uses any Tata services again.
