Unsatisfied with Airtel services

Hi,

My no.is 9560707911, I have purchase this new no. My problem is that I am unable to use GPRS properly, after doing so many complaints and requests its not resolved, and customer care persons has blocked my cutomer care as well. I need to take some other person phone to call. I am facing a great problem. Please help.
