Telephone is dead last 15 days

Telephone Number 03473 281277 has been dead last 15days, Made complan so many times, but no one responded on that issue. Every 15 days telephone getting dead/disturb. But department is not taking any such action on that.

Telephone in the name of my father Gouranga Ghosh. He is a retired person. He is not able to visit local exchange office every time.

Any one can take care of this issue. Why BSNL providing this type of service, . Telephone is a very important communication media now a days.

Please look into this issue very urgently.
