BATTERY NOT CHARGING

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from the last two days my phone is out of order (033-3250-5948). The reason for it is that we are unable to charge the battery.

My mother is a heart patient and we need to contact with the Doctor anytime, so it is becoming impossible for us to contact with the Doctor as because our phone is dead

I will be very much greatful to you if you kindly look into this matter and solve our problem as soon as possible.
