Land line Telephone Instrument never Alive

My Landline Telephone is always of order and atleast 2 week work if i complaint as daily base complaint ot Kadi BSNL exchange office and they never take any complaint seriously and verbal instruciton.

My Home Telephone at Kadi 262606...

I hope atleast Mehsana Cirlce department head can be remind thier staff at Kadi Exchange to do something for their Valuable customer and customer is not getting service in free... they are paying without getting proper service.

if Kadi Telecom Exchange is not capable for provide service then they can cancell to my Telephone and don;t have right to collect money every month and not provide service... each month my Telephone working only maximum 2 weeks and alwsy i ahve to complaint that useless Exchange to do something as request.

Kadi Telecom Excange Staff think to make money without work and make as much possible as to crate trouble to customer.

better Mehsana head of BSNL telcom interfare about this matter is high appriciated.
