Alance deducted

Hi this is amit. I am using the no 7895442934. My complaint is regarding for wrong balance dection. You cheat to the customer. I am telling you a story what was happened with me. Theres come a pop up on my mobile that you recieved a voice massage to retrieve it dial *0* i did the same then i listen recorded voice hi this is lara dutta to chat with me, just i understood this is a vas service and i disconeccted the call. I got the point that this is the new way to cheat customer for deducting his balance. Inspite of disconnecting the call my balance was decucted. I made a call to your customercare regarding that but my issue is not solved after that i called again n again but my call was disconnected all time and now my call is not being connected. You are leading in telecom industry but you are providing worst services to the customer. Only your network is good and nothing else i like. Your represenatives are not interested talking to customer. If there is anydifficult query, your representative disconnect the call. I activated dnd also on my no still i am recieving the same allerts. I dont like any vas service so handle this complaint as soon as possible.
