Demanding extra money

Sir,

I opted for renewal of FREEDOM Plan Of BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED for my mobile no. 9793345599. On dated 12.10.2009 vide receipt no. 287208 the company after giving discount of Rs. 100/- received payment of Rs. 771/- from me. But because of the Company’s Computer’s mistake the said demand has been added two times in my Novemer 18 bill. I several times approached to the Allahabad office foe correction of this mistake, during this I was continuously receiving the calls and SMS from the company for depositing the extra amount. Ultimately on dated 18.12.2009 the employee of the Allahabad Office informed me that it was the computer’s mistake and now that extra demand had been waived and no one would call you untimely. In this regard a written endorsement was also given by the office to me. But till today nothing has been done from the company side and they are regularly, untimely without my permission, are calling and sending SMSs
