Dear Sir

This is Dr Neetu, I had purchased a new mobile set of LG KP107b on 11th May. After few days I started using it but I found that set is not working properly and I am not able communicate with it. I tried myself to get it changed but couldnt get the proper response, u r kindly requested to get it changed.
