5800 smart i phone
Defected piece recieved not change till

Hi,

I have ordered a mobile phone 5800 smart i phone from shopping.indiatimes.com at two months back, at that time the executive of customer service has told that there is not any processing fees but after recieving my bank statement they have cut my 275 rs as processing fee ..that is first cheating ..then when i open the courier from the shopping.indiatimes.com that was defected one and the free gift that is ipod was also not working. After talking the customer service they had promised me to take the defected piece of mobile by the courier service but they did'nt come in 15 days. At last i have courier the defected one to the headoffice service centre which is at mumbai. But still on i ahve not got any New mobile, Evertime i talked to customer care executive they do't pass any correct message.

So i don"t want now cheated with tyhe defected mobile. At last i want my money back.

There is not any cutomerservice from shoppingindiatimes.com.i will not suggest any my family and friends in future to do shoppin from this site.

i want only my money back...
