My Photon Number 9242321161. I was unable to login my account. Message is shows that "Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number of unsuccessful attempts. Please click on reset password link to reset your password". I reset my password 5-6 times and try to login. But not possible. I requested 4-5 times for help customer care by mail ' Customer Care '. now more then one month. No reply or help from them.
