Payment Refund Problem

I am holding a LOOP Mobile which i rechaged through internet on 1/10 as per the terms of internet within 4 days if the amount is not refilled it should be refunded back

the same was not recharged and on 14th October i received SMS that my account is rechaged with 1000 Rs with some of their scheme with LOOP to LOOP free calling and SMS which is not required to me

I had made several complains but the people are arogant and non co-operative from Last 2 months i am moving around for my 2000.00

Wanted to know am i going to get my money back or not...?
