Acutomatic activation of caller tune & deduction of Caller tune Charges

I have loop mobile connection no 80820 29088 & without my knowledge they have activite caller tune & starting deducting rs.1 per day and when my balance wash out due to this deduction they have discontinued the service at that time i come to know why my balance reducing daily

when i complain to their help number they say that you had activited the service through sending us SMS

when i am not interested in such matter, why i do so

they are not ready to refund amount deducted by their on mal practices

i have also complain i received 8 - 10 messages daily from their marketing department & disturb in my daily activity due to this many time i am not able to give attention to my important masseges
