Harresment in activation of the new card

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been given a new billing sim card with the number 9821834545 on 8th February and was told that the card will be activated within 3-4 days after the verification. The card was brought to my office by one Mr Mishra (Mob - 9664760650) and the same have collected all the required documents along with the cheque of Rs 400/- from me on 8th of February. since that day no one has called for verification and the card is not yet activated as on today i.e 23rd February. I tried to call several times to the executive Ms Tannu who had assured me that the number 9821834545 is a fresh number and was not issued to any one earlier than this date, but only once she came on line on 11th February and then she never turned back. On that day i.e 11th Feb Ms Tannu told me that might be my cheque is not cleared the card must not be activated. But in actual the cheque was cleared. Then today i.e 23rd Feb when I called on the same number of Ms Tannu (mob 9870402574) some one else picked up the phone and answered me that Tannu is not available when asked she confirmed that she is also an employee of Loop Mobile, but didnt disclese her name and hanged up the phone telling me to talk to Tannu after some time, she didnt even bothered to hear me when I asked her to give me tha name of the superior and later on she switched off the mobile number 987042574 since I was continuesly trying to call.

Hence would like to inform all the Loop mobile users to switch to other service provider as soon as the portability of the numbers come in force.
