Not providing service properly

Sir,

myself prasad hegde i am using loop mobile sim card my number is 9870441161.I have activated internet pack in my mobile for Rs.69.I got a message from their side that internet pack is activated and then Rs.69 was deducted from my account now three days are over but still i am not able to access the internet.every time i call the customer care they only say to wait for sometime but not taking proper action.some of the customer care person gives the wrong information while some of them just try to fool the customer.so i hope i will get the help form here.
