Charged 1 day before for Caller Ring tune

Dear Sir/Madem

My cell no. is 9773625976.I have set my caller tune on 20th Oct. 2010.I was used to be charged Rs.15/Month for that.

I was supposed to be charged this amount for current month on 19th Jan. 2011 at 11.59 PM when the period of 30 days end. But unfortunatly i m charged in 19th jan in morning only. I was supposed to change my caller tune.

Mobile operator said that this is system mistake and you have to bear this cost.

I need my money back and require an explanation from operator regarding this mistake.
