Non Refund Of Deposit

I had cancelled my services with Loop Mobile from 10th Nov I was informed that my security deposit Rs.8000.00 (approx) will be refunded in 45 days. Not having received the same I wrote to them on 23rd Dec to which they replied on 27th Dec :

This is with reference to your email dated 23/12 addressed to us with regards to your Refund related concern vide our docket number DOC-SR-241247253.

We seek to resolve your concern and had forwarded the same to the respective team for a suitable review and as per the feedback received we take this opportunity to confirm that, the refund amount is in process and the same will be dispatched to your Mailing address within 10 working days.

Since then I have not received my deposit nor are they responding to my mails. I seek your help in getting my refund along with interest.
