Loop Mobile (BPL) acting against TRAI

I requested MNP from my Loop Mobile prepaid to Vodafone on 3rd April and got unique porting number LM296752

Today I got an update from Loop saying that the request has been rejected because I have lifetime plan activated.

I had already sent SMS to deactivate the lifetime plan and still Loop Mobile rejected the port out. Not just that, they now say that I'll have to wait for 90 days more for MNP.

I think this is complete cheating by Loop and is just a trick used by them to somehow reject port out from them... I want this issue resolved right away and am going to escalate a lot higher...

I will file a complaint against Loop Mobile with TRAI...
