My Mobile Number is 9821006444. I had requested Loop Mobile to activate GPRS on my Apple I phone on 14th May. For which they had deducted amount of rs.199 from my balance. But despite of so many reminders and requests, they have still not send me the activation procedure for the same. So I am very much disappointed. The PRO staff is giving me all the different excuses for the same and I really don't know when will I be able to use the facility. My docket no. for the complaint on 14th May is DOC-SR-1405148930.
